CRAIG TURNER General Manager
Our resident go to guy, Craig is involved in every facet of the company. Combining a diverse set of skills, years of experience and a "never give up attitude", he is the swiss army knife of our operation.
Craig has been with Fit For Play from the start in December 2002 when it opened its first facility and has been instrumental in the overall development of the company. He puts almost 20 years of management experience and a very diverse set of skills to use every day as our General Manager. In addition to overseeing day to day operations, he is our IT guy, web site designer, advertising graphic designer, HR department, and maintenance man to name just a few things. He is accustomed to wearing many hats and loves the fact that every day brings new challenges and opportunities for improvement. Craig is always looking for new ways to take the company to the next level. Despite all of his duties, Craig is always available to answer questions and help our patients, clients and staff.
Craig lives here in State College with his beautiful wife Trish and their son Caleb. Just like at work, Craig balances many responsibilities outside of the office. He coaches his son's sports teams: travel ice hockey 8 months out of the year, followed by baseball during the summer months, runs an outdoor workout program for all the kids in his neighborhood, and owns and operates his own computer technology company, CTS Solutions, LLC. Even with all this, which he wouldn't change for anything, Craig manages to squeeze in his own personal hobbies of weight training, computers, fishing, hunting, and almost all sports.

THREE QUICK QUESTIONS
What's the one thing that you want people to know about Fit For Play?
That we are honest and always put the needs of our patients and clients above all else. Every person that walks through our door is entrusting us with their health. We take that very seriously, and do everything in our power to help them. That approach enables us to build trust and strong relationships, which ultimately lead to positive outcomes and results. I'm proud to say that's how this company operates.
You wear a lot of hats. What is your biggest role at Fit For Play?
Putting systems in place that allow the staff to do what they do best, get people better and get results. By constantly looking for ways to improve systems, and streamline processes, we are better able to react to the ever changing healthcare landscape, create the opportunity for our providers to work with patients, not paperwork and provide better experiences and outcomes for patients.
What's the top thing on your personal bucket list?
Being a great dad and husband. My family means everything to me and if I can pull those two things off, everything else is just icing on the cake.
I am very proud of our facility and the way we treat our patients and clients. We really do try our best every day to make a difference in people's lives!
