Physical Therapy Technician

Chelsea brings a smile and uplifting spirits to our patients and staff every time she works. She is devoted to helping others and enjoys doing it.

Although I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, I always knew State College would be my home one day. I am in my senior year of undergrad, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and plan to attend Physical Therapy school in the future! Besides working at Fit for Play, I have worked on campus at Starbucks since my freshman year and I absolutely love it. Outside of work I am a Family Relations chair for THON representing a club I’m in. I love this position because I get to connect with our THON family and get to be a part of something so much bigger than myself.

I’m a super active person and am always on the go. I like to stay busy and challenge myself often! Some of my favorite things include hiking, working out, watching TV shows such as the bachelorette and stranger things, and rooting for the Steelers. I am a very extroverted person and love to talk about anything and everything! I love getting to meet new patients and I can’t wait to see what this field has in store for me in the future!
