Zoe Carr, HFS

joined the team in 2016 bringing three years of personal training experience in addition to her 4 year degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Utah. She also holds a Health Fitness Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.

Roe Davis, CPT

brings a unique blend of skills to our team. After years as a group fitness instructor, she became an ACE certified personal trainer. She since has added a Senior Fitness Specialist Certification to her extensive set of skills.

Personal Training Rates

30 Minute Sessions:

10 sessions: $200 | 3 sessions: $65 | 1 session: $25

60 Minute Sessions:

10 sessions: $360 | 3 sessions: $120 | 1 session: $40

All rates listed on this page are for 1 client training one-on-one with a personal trainer. | Payment for personal training is for sessions completed with a personal trainer only. It does not include use of the fitness center. | Multiple session packages can only be shared between
immediate family members. Multiple session packages expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
