Water...the magic ingredient?
Proper hydration is critical to maintaining your overall health. Your body is approximately 60 - 70% water. While it makes sense that our blood is mostly water, we don't always think about our muscles, lungs and brains also containing a lot of water. Water also plays a key role in temperature regulation and provides the means for nutrients to travel throughout our bodies to organs and tissues. Water is also vital for carrying oxygen to our cells, protecting our joints and organs, and removing waste from our bodies.
Fit For Play Launches a Brand New Website

Fit For Play has a completed re-designed and re-vamped website! We have been in need of a website update for some time now. There was a couple of things that could be done. Add some new content and maybe a couple of new pictures, or make our site really stand out and that meant a complete overhaul. Well I'm confident we made the right decision! I really like the new site and I am hoping that you do to.
