Do you accept medical insurance for your physical therapy services?
Yes.  We accept most major medical insurances.

Which specific insurances do you accept?
Fit For Play is a provider and accepts:

• * Capital Blue Cross
• * Highmark
• * Health America/Health Assurance
• * Advantra
• * Most Medicare Supplemental Insurances

Do you submit the bills directly to my insurance company?
Yes.  We handle all billing for services you receive at Fit For Play

If I've been in an auto accident and need therapy, do you accept my auto insurance?
Yes. We do advise that you have an active claim and to call and verify with your insurance that you have been referred for additional medical services.

Do you have appointments in the evening or early in the morning?
We have appointments available Mon-Thurs from 7am - 6 pm and on Friday 7am - 3pm to accommodate busy schedules.

How many times per week do I need to come to Physical Therapy?
Almost all patients are seen 2 times per week for 1 hour each session. This is subject to change dependent on the specific needs of each patient.
