Travis is a lifelong Centre County resident and National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. He plans to continue his education with NASM while working towards his CES(Corrective Exercise Specialist) and FNS(Fitness Nutrition Specialist) certifications. Travis competes in natural bodybuilding with hopes of one day earning his Pro Card which will enable him to compete at the top of his organization. If you see him around the fitness center feel free to ask any questions you might have. He will gladly share some of his knowledge and pass on some helpful info along the way.
