My name is Gretchen Wolynec and I grew up in Southington, CT where I competed in club gymnastics at the national level through high school.  I graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s in Sociology.  I am certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a Personal Trainer.  I have always had a strong interest in health and fitness and am passionate about helping my clients reach their fitness goals.  When not working at Fit For Play, I enjoy spending time with my husband and four children being active outdoors.
