Nicki Mellott is our Physical Therapy Office Manager. Nicki joined our staff in 2008 bringing her experience in patient services from both the physical therapy and physician office setting. In addition to her various office management duties, she helps our patients with appointment scheduling, insurance explanation, and will answer any questions they may have regarding the “business” side of physical therapy. She is patient oriented and enjoys getting to know our patients. Nicki is proud to be part of a staff that puts the person first in their treatment plan. Our unique model of one-on-one care makes the difference in the way our patients recover from their injuries or surgeries.
Nicki enjoys her very active son’s sporting events, is a “Marching Mom” with her two daughters in their twirling group and supports their school activities. When not a game or a parade, she enjoys reading, especially books on history. She also enjoys ghost stories and would like one day to be a “ghost hunter”. Nicki and her family reside in Pleasant Gap.
