Originally from a small town outside of Reading, PA, Anni received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arcadia University and continued to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University in Chester, PA. She came to Penn State with her husband who is involved at the University. Her physical therapy experience includes pediatric care both in a facility and with early intervention, acute care treatment in a hospital, hippotherapy, aquatics therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, treatment of athletic injuries and general orthopedic care. She has treated patients with a wide range of challenges from overuse injuries, and general sprains and strains, to neurological impairments and orthopedics (both before and after surgeries).
Anni is excited for the new environment here being able to treat patients one-on-one to allow a more personal and individualized approach to patient care. Outside of physical therapy Anni enjoys swimming and traveling. A true Philadelphia fan at heart, she enjoys watching her Phillies and Eagles play. She is new to college football, but is quickly becoming a Nittany fan and hopes to grow in her love for Penn State.
