Success Stories:
"With the FIT FOR PLAY one-on-one therapy approach, I was able to gain a better understanding of how to deal with my back pain on a daily basis. At NO time did my PT say do this exercise and I'll be back in 10 minutes, like most places do. It was a great experience to receive such professional care."

Healthy Tip: Hunger or Thirst?
Did you know that many people mistake the feeling of thirst for hunger? This is because the brain sends the same message for both. Therefore, if you are not drinking enough water your body may become dehydrate and send the signal for thirst, but we eat instead of drink. This can cause overeating in many individuals. So the next time you are feeling hungry, drink a glass of water and wait a few minutes. If you are still feeling hungry after that, go ahead and eat.
