Golf fitness is no longer just for the pros. There are many factors that have a huge impact on your body’s ability to perform a proper golf swing. Your overall physical condition also directly affects the stamina required for consistency and accuracy for 18 holes of golf, as well as playing while preventing injury.

Traci Richardson, DPT is the driving force behind our program. In addition to a doctorate in physical therapy, Traci recently became certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to evaluate a golfer’s physical ability to perform an efficient golf swing. She is also an alumnus of the Penn State Women’s Golf Team and avid golfer.
