Intro Training Session

Don't know where to start? Fit For Play puts you on track by including a 60 minute introductory personal training session with every fitness package. Maze.jpgThe session is based around your goals, current fitness level (determined by the results of your finess assessment), and input from our PT staff.

Your session will be used to:

* Create a program based on your individual needs and goals
* Thouroughly explain our equipment
* Write down your individual machine settings and starting weights
* Explain the importance of progression
* Give you confidence
* Answer any questions
* Put you on the path to RESULTS
