Fitness Assessments...
Getting to Know You
Fit For Play utilizes fitness assessments and on-going reassessments as the foundation of our fitness services. Individuals are given age-appropriate assessments and ongoing reassessments that examine and compare cardiorespiratory endurance, body composition,
muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance and medical history. Results are input into specialized software then carefully analyzed by our fitness staff as well as reviewed by one of our staff physical therapists. The assessment process not only starts you appropriately, through ongoing comparison, it actually measures progression.
Fitness assessments / reassessments are currently provided free of charge every 3 months to all fitness participants, and normally take about 30 minutes to complete. Reassessments are available at shorter intervals for a fee.
