What separates Fit For Play from the rest?

You, yes You.  Our fitness services are all based around one very important thing, YOU.  We realize each individual person has a unique set of needs and goals based on factors such as age, medical history, current fitness level, current medical status, and overall lifestyle. We offer programs and services based on this philosophy.  Simply put, if you are a 60 year old coming off a recent hip replacement that hasn't worked out in 15 years we will not put you on a program designed for a 30 year old that has been training for 8 years.

Each individual starts a fitness program with different specific goals in mind.  Some may be looking for weight loss, some strength building, others increasing flexiblity.  But the one thng that everyone wants is Results!  Your program will be set up to safely progress you toward your personal goals and get you the results you deserve.  We will be able to accurately monitor your results and progress by using the results of your ongoing  fitness assessments.
